How To Place An Order

Charis Creations is based out of Rochester, New York.

Orders placed locally within a 15 mile radius of our kitchens have the option of being delivered to your home (an additional delivery fee will apply). Orders outside of our local delivery area can be packaged and shipped to the destination of your choice, within the United States. Shipping Rates will apply.

Order requests may be made online using the Order Form found below (scroll down). Once you have submitted your order, your request will be sent directly to our email and attended to in a prompt manner. You will receive an email notification to confirm receipt of your order, which will also include a request for payment.

All orders must be paid for via PayPal. If you do not have a Pay Pal account, Pay Pal will provide you with a temporary credit card number to process your order. Please follow their instructions on their site.

Please be aware that once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the order can not be cancelled.

If the order you are placing requires a future delivery date of more than 2 weeks, please be sure to specify that when submitting your request.
